Shipping Policy

Our nominated last mile delivery partner in U.A.E is iMile Delivery Services.
Delivery within U.A.E will be within 3-5 working days of you placing the order for items that we have stock or are our standard items.
For items, which require customization (logo printing/embroidery, alterations, etc) delivery will be within 7-8 working days of you placing the order
If we do have a problem with your order, one of our customer care representatives will call or email you as soon as possible to offer a refund or an alternative product.
Our acknowledgment of order acceptance online, via email or in-store will not be a guarantee of delivery or availability.
Please be aware that during our busy period in August, delivery times will take longer, therefore, we advise that you place your Back to School order as early as possible, preferably during July.

Delivery Charges

FREE collection on orders collected from our store

FREE delivery on orders valued 200 AED and above within U.A.E

Orders valued 199AED or less will be charged 15 AED delivery fees within U.A.E

For orders placed from outside U.A.E, a customer care representative will reach out to you to choose a suitable international courier option. Any delivery and/or customs charges will be added to your invoice and will need to be paid in full before dispatching.

Provided that we have processed and received payment in full for the products, ownership of an item will pass to you once we have delivered the item to you (either directly, or by leaving it in a safe place or with a neighbor). Once an order is processed, a tracking number will be shared with you via email.

Please note there are no collections or deliveries from our stores on Sundays and public holidays.
